We just added a link on the website to the AFSP.org website. It has suggestions on how to cope with the Holiday Season. We all have our own way to "deal" with it, but some of us still don't know how to move in a forward direction. There is no right answer to the question, "How do you still celebrate Christmas, without my loved one?" The best way to do it, is to find a way YOU feel the most comfortable doing it. Don't let anyone "pressure" you to do anything you don't feel comfortable doing.
